Returns & Exchange Policy

At La Arhea, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and damaged products

To request a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a return will be processed and a fresh order can be placed.
